I’m Jerry Morgan and projects are my life. I started with project houses right out of LSU, moved on to Oil & Gas projects, and then on to building businesses around my project experiences.

I work with executives and project-based companies to make projects better. I understand that clients want certain things that are hard to deliver and I help my clients deliver by putting my client’s client at the focus of the initiatives.

Client-focused consulting helps each project. As I learned the client role early on with my project houses, clients want to see progress toward the end goal. It was up to me as the client to coach my contractors to give me the information I needed so I could sleep at night.

I brought that mindset to the Oil & Gas project world with me and I became a rising star within some of the biggest, most complex, and riskiest projects undertaken in the 80s and 90s. My stardom came because I can help project teams make progress in the right areas an effectively communicate that progress to clients. I had found and perfected my source of star power.

After branching out on my own, I leveraged my source of star power in different ways. My companies focused on consulting, speaking, staffing, and software – all aimed at helping project teams achieve real progress and communicating that progress in a client-friendly way.
